This is one topic I believe we should discuss more because many single people feel they have a problem, like something is wrong with them… but in all honesty there is nothing wrong with you and most definitely nothing wrong in being single.
On this episode, I have Simi with me; she is a seasoned entrepreneur and boss chick. I sought her perspective on this because, though she is in a relationship now, she was a single for a while. We discussed myths on singleness, how to get by as a single person and what to do to change your status (if you want to get into a relationship).
I hope you enjoy listening to this episode; it was so much fun discussing this topic.
Until next time,

I enjoyed this podcast, your guest was very lively…Lol, I can relate with the introduction very well, both the outside perceptions from family, friends, and also for the longest time, I use to think I had issues, was asking for too much, but then I learnt something through this journey “Self esteem is your ability to see yourself as a flawed person and still hold yourself in high regard “… But the whole single phase is basically a learning phase everyone should learn to embrace, build their character and set your paths right, everybody’s timing is different, relationships takes a lot effort and when the time is right the universe will align you with the person who would make it worthwhile…Well done and Keep it up E

Love this contribution “Self esteem is your ability to see yourself as a flawed person and still hold yourself in high regard”

This episode is amazing. I love how it brings me to accepting my situation and proffering a means to enjoy it or get up from it. It gives me an understanding & also a choice to make.
I totally love this. Totally!

Indeed, we are all left with a choice to make.

Good one! I totally can relate because I am single. First, I’ve come to realize and understood that it’s a phase in life and I know I’ll get married someday because I desire too and I totally trust in God. Also, I couldn’t agree more… Singleness is a time for one to truly understand who they are and prepare for marriage actually. I just don’t get into relationships for the sake of not wanting to be single but for a right reason which to me is marriage. So motive is important for me.
If you don’t want to be single, then you want to be married. So the question is what are you doing as a person to be a good spouse some day? Lastly, I’d say all single persons should keep investing in themselves, be positive and continue to do the needful; and I strongly believe the phase will pass someday.
Thank you, enjoyed this.
